How to apply Rouge paper:

1. Prepare the surface with furniture paint (Annie Sloan Chalk Paint™, Fusion Mineral Paint, etc.)
2. Apply a layer of Fusion Decoupage & Transfer Gel or Mod Podge to the surface
3. Place the Rouge paper and smooth it gently to remove bubbles.
4. Seal with another layer of decoupage gel
5. Finish with wax or varnish for a long-lasting, professional finish
