How to apply Feathers paper:

1. Prepare the surface with furniture paint (Annie Sloan Chalk Paint™, Fusion Mineral Paint, etc.)
2. Apply a coat of Fusion Decoupage & Transfer Gel or Mod Podge to the surface
3. Place the Feathers paper and smooth gently to remove bubbles
4. Seal with another coat of decoupage gel
5. Finish with wax or varnish for a durable, professional finish
