• Yellow ochre - Intense natural pigment
• Sunny energy - Joy and optimism

Coverage:

A 750 ml tin covers approximately 11 m², enough to transform several pieces of furniture or an entire room of mouldings and frames.

Surface preparation:

Make sure all surfaces are clean, dry, and free from dust, residue, or oil-based contaminants. We recommend cleaning with a water-based detergent (such as sugar soap) for optimal preparation.

Important for metal surfaces: Apply a specialist metal primer before the satin paint for the best results.

Application:

Apply directly to the prepared surface with an Annie Sloan brush or roller. No sanding or subsequent wax or varnish application is required. The satin finish provides protection and durability on its own.

Perfect combinations:

Carnaby Yellow pairs perfectly with:

• Greys such as Paris Grey or French Linen for sophisticated contrast
• Warm whites such as Old White for bright schemes
• Blues such as Aubusson Blue for 1960s retro palettes
• Greens such as Olive for earthy combinations
• Blacks such as Athenian Black for maximum impact

Style and atmosphere:

Carnaby Yellow brings vibrant energy and bold personality to any space. Its intense mustard yellow shade is perfect for creating characterful interiors, evoking the carefree style of the 1960s with the warm depth of spices and natural ochre.

Difference between Satin Paint and Chalk Paint™:

While Chalk Paint™ is ideal for furniture, floors, exteriors, and decorative effects, Satin Paint is specifically formulated for indoor use on wood and metal, offering a durable satin finish without the need for additional sealing.
